Recently I have written about my experiences starting up Company Connecting. A key part of that experience has been developing the Value Proposition which is critical to any business. It is often one of the most challenging aspects of defining your business. I first came across the term when I was taking part in the Stanford University online Technical Entrepreneurship course. It goes hand in glove with the Business Model Canvas and is a mainstay for Business Accelerators such as the Highlands &Islands Pathfinder.
