This weeks guest author is Kevin Oubridge of Accelerated Success . He  takes a look at an ongoing problem with tech teams -  how do you to get your tech team to communicate and collaborate effectively.

Kevin provides some straight talking insights into the issues of poor communication and collaboration. It's probably down to accepted norms within teams - an unhelpful culture leading to an environment where team members can't or won't use the communciation skills they have.

So how do you turn things around? Kevin tells the story of Navid, a consultant with a data analytics company, whose client wanted to pull the plug on a project. The first thing Navid did was to sat back and listen to what his client had to say.
