Augmented Reality

Augmented Reality is the real time view of a real-world environment, both direct or indirect. This environment is augmented by computer-generated sensory information such as GPS data, sound, video, images, and graphics. Unlike virtual reality, augmented reality seeks to enhance an individual’s current perception of reality, rather than replace it with an alternative reality.

This is a short introductory video to Augmented Reality and the information we hold on Company Connecting. We have not included any sound track - but if you would prefer some sort of sound track, the please let us know.

What is Augmented Reality and how does it differ from Virtual reality? Simplistically Virtual Reality (VR) is a computer generated simulation of something real which the user is immersed in.
